Dr.'s Philosophy

The Dr. Sous philosophy of food is simple.  Use quality ingredients and creativity to produce exceptional food that exceeds clients' expectations.  Dr. Sous is definitely not your traditional caterer.  We put a casual fine dining spin on catered events.

We specialize in doing upscale weddings and cook for just about anything else you may need some good eats for.  Check out the menus, and keep in mind that we specialize in custom creating menus for all occasions. 

The personalized service that we provide is unmatched by anyone in Butler.  Most events that we do are created around the client.  We work with you to devise a menu that is based around your tastes, but is not like anything you will find at a traditional caterer.  So, surprise your guests and have your event be the topic of conversation for weeks. Dr. Sous Makes Planning Easier!

In addition to our ability to create the best customized menus around, we now offer basic drop off menus for all types of events.  You still get the great food quality that Dr. Sous is known for in a simpler package!  Here at Dr. Sous, we can handle all of your events from a simple picnic drop off to an elegant plated dinner and everything in between.  See what we can do to make your next event stand out.  All we do here is provide exceptional food!  





Where to Find Us

Iron Mountain... in the O.P.M. Cafe
Dr. Sous caters lunch at Iron Mountain for the Office of Personnel Management.  At O.P.M., we offer a made to order pasta station, soups, creative salads, and sandwiches cooked on site.  We are currently looking expand our lunch service to other companies.  Please contact us to discuss your company's needs.

Armstrong Farms
Dr. Sous has built a great relationship with the Allens and Armstrong Farms.  This is one of our favorite places to cater.  We have catered both weddings and corporate events at all three facilities.  Definitely check them out.

The Mansion
This is a beautiful place to have your reception.  Donna is one of the nicest, helpful people we have worked with this past year.
